Staff always very friendly and absolutely amazing.
Prime and comfortable location in downstairs lounge area, just off the river and town, and the centre and staff/ owners where very friendly. Well priced room and large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet...

Our rooms were great-sized and beautifully designed, with modern features. A lounge and a seating area turned out to be good. The hotel was in a central location very close to the river. What's more, it was very close to shops and restaurants and Maidstone.

Amazing stay with charming hospitality
We had an very nice time! The building is fine and really gives off those cozy vibes. Saban was super friendly and gave us a cool tour, sharing the history of the place. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there's a lovely outdoor dining area to relax in. Just a bummer the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The stone is a charming place with a rich history. It was like stepping into a royal residence, and the superior family room was beautifully kept. We loved the comfy bed and the excellent pressure of the shower. The no shoes policy was unique but made sense for the vast carpeted areas.

The room was spacious, boasting elegant antiques and a cozy fireplace that created a comforting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the home-baked bread during breakfast. I noticed some areas could benefit from more maintenance as a few fixtures were outdated. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain spots. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was good and nice.

Had a lovely time in a beautifully restored room with comfy decor. The sunny garden and relaxing TV lounge. The Wi-Fi could've been better, but it didn't ruin the overall experience. 😊
